Years later, he sold weapons to Johnny Obeid criminals and stark didn't do S--- about it. 1 Is it lazy from the MCU? Yes. To an extent. Vulture and Mysterio never really had personal relations to Spider-Man in the first place so giving them that in the movies makes them more compelling (for movies) Spidey did. Vulture is Spider-Man's villain.
