I stopped drinking soda a while ago, and it helped me to lose weight, I was never fat, but I had to do something before I became fat.
I am still eating a lot of burgers, pizza, fries, sfihas, burritos, chocolate, cookies, but just cutting the soda helped me a lot, heck, soda is bad for your body in more ways than just making you fat.
