Step 1 I used this Twitter Video Downloader and it usually gives about three (sometimes even more than three) options. Usually choose the HD quality for the video.

Step 2 I then use this Video to GIF converter, if the file comes out larger than 5MB, I move onto the next website.

Step 3 I go to this website where I resize the GIF to be under 5MBs, if they lose their quality or become pixelated, I have this other website to use.

Step 4 The ezgif.com resizer is probably the best way to make it so most of your GIFs don't become pixelated. I use this website as a last resort if they fail Step 3.
