Filename Threads - The Phantom's Breakdown

For those that don't know, this gif is actually from the 90's show Batman: The Animated Series. Not sure why it isn't in the the tags, it should be commended.

Fun fact: The studio that animated this episode was Tokyo Movie Shinsha (TMS), who did Akira before this show. Now it all makes sense why Clayface's body freaks out like this, doesn't it?
