I am generally puzzled as to what they want me to do to stop this popping up every single time I go to a new page.

Do I need to download an Ad blocker to then have it turned off to make it go away?

As you can tell from the first screenshot, the Ads haven't been working for a long while, so even if I was bothered by them, I wouldn't need an Ad blocker anyway.

I suppose this could be a highly convoluted way of getting one more newsletter sent straight to my junk folder; but this feels like a lot of effort, time and money spent to achieve this goal when they could have just asked me nicely.
