I think it's because Ron is doing it in bad faith rather than doing it with a more justifiable reason. They want Disney destroyed because Disney employees are against a lot of new LGBT restrictions put in by DeSantis. He took it personally.

Disney should be broken up, and I agree we should target our ire towards them. But because they are a media monopoly that has overstayed it's welcome. Not because they're okay with gay people.
