I've been at the point for a few years now where I consider the Disney branding to be mark of low quality. For the most part I try to avoid anything new from them.

Seriously, how desperate can you get? Do an adaptation of some lesser known fairy tale, for fuck's sake! I mean, if the Little Mermaid bombs as hard as the Mulan and Pinocchio remakes did, it might not make it out of the script stage, plus unlike the other remakes Moana is pretty new, so it lacks the nostalgia factor those had.
