It's a very exagerrated but not completely shit take.
First thing to remember : it's a movie about DOLLS, so it'a given it's going to lean towards a feminine message.
It's stated in the intro (so no spoilers here) is that Barbieland is a perfect world for girls where they can be and do everything they want and that Barbie toys made this possible in the real world as well. Anybody with half a braincell knows that this isn't the case and, while men aren't all literaly Hitler, most of them are either vapid and have the brainpower of a pomegranate or are tone-deaf (there's one scene that can be summed up as "Of course racism is dead, we elected Obama !")
And then the plot kicks in.
Gosling!Ken is resentful because the Kens are treated as background characters and disrepected, kinda like women in the real world ; when he find out our world is dominated by men, he reads up on the patriarchy (and horses) and brings it back to Barbieland, turning it into a MRA activist's dream with a horse aesthetic.
Overall the message is more "the opressed becoming the opressor isn't fixing shit" than "males bad".
Also, I've never seen that much dudes in neon pink clothes or multicolored sweaters in a cinema since the early 90's.
