Batman - There was in fact something in Gotham's water

This post gains extra layers of "4chan bad faith trolling" because Clock King has no superpowers and has the most normal costume of any villain.

He's not even particularly crazy, he's like the only villain that doesn't care about Batman at all, he's a high functioning sociopath and used to be a successful businessman and functioning member of society. He only became a villain because he blames the mayor of Gotham for him losing his business [when really it's because everybody hates him due to him being a dick] and only fights Batman because Batsy is in the way of his revenge.

Dude doesn't even have time powers, he's just good at calculating time for everything, like at what time the train passes so he can jump on top of it and escape from Batman
