: Anonymous my dad really pisses me off I tries my best. 349 KB PNG No.76002006 01/04/24(Thu)20:59:24 >prepare for and start the year off positively >do good things and feel great, even though life is doing its best to ruin me >casually mention around dad that if i work anywhere, it would be at a certain store >next time we're alone he mentions that i should be applying to a store when i can (not even the specific one i said but a dumpier one) >i am extremely angered and all of my motivation to improve is destroyed he fails to take into account that i am extremely anxious to do it for 5 different reasons, and currently working on fixing them. even if i were to power through, he'd see my miraculous achievements as the new bare minimum and never be okay with me stopping. i'm simply not ready to work again yet and i don't f------ need the money right now. i f------ loathe how he just reminds me of whatever i'm not doing instead of sympathizing with me for what i am doing, he just turns all of my positivity into dust by having expectations JUST above what i'm willing to accept and eternally mocking me if i fail to meet them. F------ SHUT YOUR MOUTH UNLESS YOU WANT ME TO BE TOO SPITEFUL TO DO ANYTHING, AS I'VE BEEN FOR MY ENTIRE LIFE. >inb4 talk to him about it i did, but i know he's never gonna stop using every conversation to criticize me like a c---. and i couldn't swear and yell like i am here because my mom would have had a heart attack.
