I don't know if the two women changed things and the rest of the team said "we don't agree with this" and got fired, if they saw what the rest of the team were doing and tried to fight the rest of the team over it and got fired, or (worst case scenario for them) their boss just heard they were feminist and decided to fire them because they didn't like that. I don't have any idea of what happened.
