WBaker Posted December 3, 2013 The Karin Snipe is the rarest vehicle. It only spawns randomly away from other vehicles and roads in the wilderness. You have to find that car on foot. I had finally found one after weeks of searching but the R* cloud servers lost my character and the almost never seen Snipe.

I'm sure you also know the car is so rare it isn't found on the Wiki and the data is encrypted in the game files themselves.
