Sounds interesting tho. IT took me a good long time to find a Felon... And I dont see many driving it. . I dont know what the rarest care is tho... the question needs to be a bit more specific like... do you accept modded cars in your list? or cars that have to be glitched into the game? or is it just based on cars that spawn? cars that lots of people drive? perhaps there is a car that is a rare spawn... the rarest spawn...but a good number of people dedicated time into finding it so even tho its the hardest car to find... many people have it... does that count?

I saw one once near that peak with the ghost!

I had finally found one after weeks of searching but the R* cloud servers lost my character and the almost never seen Snipe.
