At least human wise though Calem and Shauna have their fans too.
Pokemon wise its hard to go a few steps outside the normal parts of internet without seeing fanart of Braixen/Delphox or Goodras all over the place.
It doesnt help most gym leaders and named npcs only have minutes of screentime at best in that game.
