They sent your authorization for your icemaker and water line which were ordered and received on Thursday when we contacted you on Thursday to schedule an appointment for Friday you decided to have a negative attitude and said you wanted service then and now which was impossible. You then called the warranty company which informed you that we will be there first thing in the morning which also wasn't acceptable to you. The warranty company then offered you a buy out which you accepted.
