Don is not the founder. The site had numerous co-founders, including Jamie Dubs. Don is the current site administrator.

Mods are not staff we're just volunteers that were selected from the userbase (with the exception of Meme Insider Contributors, who were given the mod title without our input or knowledge). Mods, depending on what powers they have are able to edit entries, edit image metadata, move images, draft community rules, and enforce community rules.

Communication between staff and members of the community is difficult to achieve. If we can get a clear response from staff to questions within the same year we we ask them we feel fortunate.
