What did I miss? Where did Andrea Libman (or anyone) say anything in regards to that pony being intentionally designed as having anything to do with her? I only saw her point out a resemblance and then mention getting an outfit like hers. Genuinely curious with all these posts about “her OC”

You are right on that. Andrea herself said that this all started when a fan pointed out to her the resemblance between her and the pony. Andrea is just having fun with it.
