to answer Land’s question. radios are technically electronics because they need diodes to work, but radios are not that complex of an electronic. the only thing you need to receive radio signals, is some kind listening device(headphones, speakers),an antenna (any long piece of metal), and a diode, you don't even need a power source if the signal you are listening to is strong enough. EMP resistant diodes aren't that uncommon, but replacement diodes can just be improvised.

Most Military radios and transmitters are EMP resistant anyway.
