I think I get it. The joke is that Twilight wants to be angry at something right now and currently wants to say it's the patriarchy, but that obviously can't be because all the rulers are actually female. She wants her to be a guy so she can complain about something and feel like she's doing something, just like a good amount of Tumblers.
