Christmas On December 25th, a lot of kids will begin their new journey as a Pokemon trainer. You can make them happy by wondertrading some Pokemon! Breed starters for example, Eevees holding their stones to evolve, Eggs or other Pokemon that are special for kids and not easy to obtain. Keep in mind: Those are kids! They don't care about IVs, Shinies, Hidden Abilities or your Mega Stones. They are easy to impress and will be happy about everything sweet and nice they get. Now that's just about as wrong as you can get. Shinies were the shit when I was little. My friends and I would spend hours trying to figure out how Shinies worked and how to get them. (And i'd imagine we'd be all about Mega Stones as well had they existed back in Gen III.) This is especially true now that Shinies are much easier to get through chain fishing, something most kids wouldn't understand. If I had a working 3DS available I'd fish up a shitton of Shinies and trade them all away.
