I checked the page out, they're not so much against fans of the show, in fact, they also welcome fans based on what it says in their description. It reads more like that they're against some of the negative behaviors that have come to be associated with the fandom.

Course, they may still be assholes, and the part I mentioned above might just be fabricated to not appear as assholes, so as far as I know, the name is very apt. You never know with people.
