Notes:

Had to make liberal use of cheats on MAME to get this to happen staged, but technically possible in real gameplay. You can tear off your opponent's arms if you're able to land solid attacks on them with your character's weapon, and you can perform special "sunder" moves that cut off their legs if they're stunned, leading to the interesting predicament Fallout is in there. If they still have health left, they somehow don't die. Afterwards, the map this takes place on has giant stalagmites that insta-kill people on ring outs, so I took a dive.

Can you really call it victory if you have no appendages and your remaining lifespan can probably be measured in seconds? Also, this was round one, so it could happen again.
