Follow ash-panic update I haven't blogged here in a while A lot has happened in the last month Patricia Hernandez HOME ASK ME ANYTHING I've learned a lot about myself. Mainly thatI am in a reconstruction phase. A person does things. I stopped doing much of anything a couple of years ago. I used to have interests and hobbies and now I don't. I can't continue growing and there won't be much to me if that's the case. This will help me with ARCHIVE aspirations and drive, as well. How can I have that when there's nothing I RSS wanted to do? So, July's axiom: make something every day. It doesn't matter what. I think there's a creative person in here (hah, everyone thinks that, though...). At the very least I think there's more to me than whatever it isI am right now The huge thing I learned about myself is that I do not know how to properly interact/communicate with other people. That's always baffled me, how people can do it so effortlessly. Couple this with the demeanor of a depressed person, well. I'm very sorry that some of my close friends have had to deal with me right now. I feel like I suck the fun out of a room sometimes, I swear I grew up being told to shut up. Ladies don't talk as much as ido was what l was told. There was a year in my life where I didn't say anything at all. This has stuck with me. Maybe I don't believe that nobody wants to hear what I think butl also don't know how to be another way. I'm learning and slowly changing, but it's still very difficult. I always have thoughts and opinions, but I'm used to keeping them to myself. Right now I'm trying to learn how to break free of that You should have seen what I was like before! I like to think I'm making some progress, it's just slow Everyone will say, you know, oh, I get it, I'll work with you, but I've yet to meet anyone that has the patience. People get tired of me or they have their own stuff to deal with, which is fair I think this is why I like Twitter so much, I feel that I have this freedom to speak whatever errant thought pops into my head that someone who is more 'well adjusted' would have no difficulty voicing to someone else who is a friend. I mean, sure, sometimes they're vapid thoughts. So what? That's how people work. There's a lot going on in someone's head and being someone's friend means allowing someone else to take a look at what that stuff is. It shows comfort Next month I move to Oakland with Anna and Daphny and I'm very excited about that. I feel like my life is about to change, by which I mean it's about to start! 2 vears ago f0 notes
