The gunmen are from Wild Gunman, and the cardboard boards (as well as the tin cans) are from Hogan's Alley.

Both of these are mainly controlled with the NES Light Gun/Zapper, like Duck Hunt, which may explain why the Duck Hunt dog has these games utilized in his moveset.
