Oh, to hell and back. He can't glide anymore, Shuttle Loop went from an excellent killing AND recovery move to a shitty Dolphin Slash, his Mach Tornado does not hit nearly as many times and can be escaped easily by directional influence, and all of his aerials have much worse landing lag. He's not going to be broken anymore.
