You are always way too small to make a dent in their income Boycotts are only good for getting headlines, WHICH NOBODY IS GIVING YOU! If you really do want to go after advertisers, don't flood their contact forms. FIND OUT WHO THEIR CORPORATE CLIENTS ARE! Mercedes has corporate accounts. BMW has corporate accounts. Any company that has Business to Business marketing is f------ PARANOID about losing a single large client. Do you know the sales rep of a large client often doesn't let ANYBODY ELSE in their ENTIRE company speak to their client without clearing it through them first? They f------ walk on egg shells around their clients. Even if the client contact emails you, a lowly admin person just asking a stupid question about some stupid spreadsheet, you have to clear it through the main sales rep before you reply, or else you'll likely wind up getting a stern lecture. The LAST THING they want is some lowly customer service rep or account manager giving a stupid answer, or not knowing some special arrangement they had, and making them look stupid in front of a client. A loss of a single client can determine whether they are going to vacation in Bali next summer, AND THE STARS AND MOONS CAN COLLIDE IF THEY CAN'T VACATION IN BALI NEXT SUMMER! And then did the completely unprecedented and illogical action of publicly posting of her firing on their social media accounts, possibly violating laws in the process? And then as soon as all the salesfaggots, account managers, and c level execs showing up to work they had their phones ringing off the hook and emails blowing up of "WHAT THE F--- IS GOING ON OVER THERE?". Honestly they probably could have waited it out a few days, the IT could have fixed their servers in a few hours. But what are you going to do with literally everybody in the company looking at the CEO saying "DO SOMETHING F-----! Get organized. Find out who their clients are. Don't get specific, just say "do you know they support bullying nerds? Everyday kids kill themselves from bullying and I can't believe anybody would support this. Automated marketing programs. Names. Position titles. Contact info. Every time they make a hit on their website. You name it. It's all recorded and tracked. Do you think they want a group of a dozen neckbeards emailing them all telling them not to business with them? No, they don't want a dozen. And they especially don't want a thousand, or 20,000 or whatever you guys have. That is f------ DETRIMENTAL to their sales cycle DO RESEARCH. Search through press releases. Search through google. Search through lexis nexus. Search through their own s----- blog. Company A is looking for mining contracts in Asia?
