It's not actually a strawman. It is an accurate representation of what some real women who call themselves "feminists" are acting like. The comic is pointing out how their behavior is responsible for giving "feminism" a bad name.

A strawman is a fictional construct representing a distorted ideal or philosophy in hopes that the misinformation undermine its teachings.

This is a factual representation of actual people to illustrate a real problem, and the sad part is that their insanity is underplayed in this comic.
