Looks like a utility pole. With a little Googling, we find that they're usually made from Douglas Fir or Jack Pine, which weigh about 30 pounds per cubic foot. Doing all the calculations offscreen makes the pole about 20 pounds per linear foot, and assuming that pole is about 10 feet long, I'd wager that pole is about 200 pounds.
Lifting 200 pounds is one thing, and is perfectly doable. Swinging 200 pounds that's 10 feet long with gravity pulling against you, and having five guys run into it and come to a dead stop? Well, "Hulk" would be right.
