To get the font (without downloading), go to the directory in the below spoiler: <div class="spoiler" title="le spoiler">C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\Team Fortress 2\tf\resource </div> Once you get there, scroll down until you see the .ttf files, those are the font files you'll need. Double click on one you want and click "install". The font I used was tf2build.ttf. *Requires TF2* (captainobvious.jpg) Post a picture of the Pokemon you're describing as well.
