Batman's certainly one of the few heroes I can think of with a legit PTSD trigger. Sure we may like to joke about it since his origin story has kinda been told 100 times over (every new piece of Batman media, whether movies, new comic continuity, or tv shows, like to retell the story), but when you get down to it he's one of the few superheroes you could probably write a paper on about PTSD portrayals in fictional media.
