"Only four soldiers who completed 3 Phantom objectives can acquire it. These soldiers must find 4 serial number chains hidden in final stand, and aboard secret elevator in 21st hanger, wearing Phantom camouflage and paint. The elevator will take them to secret Phantom room, where they can find Phantom bow".
