Notes:

So to keep it short and straight to the point, Sylveon is my second favorite Eeveelution to use. Not just because it slays dragons (although that is satisfying) but just because of how good it is at taking special hits. It's damn good! My main playstyle with my Sylveon is to wall up my team with a Reflect and Light Screen, recover tonnes of HP back with Draining Kiss and if need be, do damage with Moonblast. Despite me making the joke in that image, my Sylveon doesn't have Hyper Voice. She has Cute Charm as her ability and I don't play doubles that often. Bypassing Substitute is nice but for the time being, I'm fine with what I have regards to her moveset.

And, once again, just to clarify to those who may have missed my previous images, I don't play Pokemon in a competitive manner. I don't follow Smogon, though I sometimes take a look at what they RECOMMEND, but nothing else really.
