Aggretsuko won't be in Smash Bros. Ultimate for obvious reasons, but I made that for a laugh since the game launches tomorrow, december 7th.
Hulk is upset about not being in Smash Bros. Ultimate. But, cartoon, comic, anime and manga characters are not allowed.

Goku: Never gonna happen – not a vidya character.
Shrek: Same as Goku, though somehow even less plausible.
Crash Bandicoot: He has much more of a history at Sony, and even then, the franchise is in a plebby state.
Freddy Fazbear: …People wanted him in? His game has not even been released on the E-Shop.
Q*bert: Again, people wanted him in?
Bandanna Dee: Not highly likely to get in, he has a better chance than anyone above. Also, equating him to garbage is utter horseshit.
Ridley: Ironically, this guy's the most likely character to get in – and one of the most-requested characters overall – due to high fan request.
