This is the greatest start to a crossover anyone could hope for.

I honestly keep forgetting about Axl. Mainly because Mega Man X7 was a real pile of… something (I heard X8 was much better because they ditched the bad 3D sections and kept it 2.5D, but I never got around to playing it, and even then sometimes I wonder if the series really should have just ended at X5 like Inafune originally intended, since X5 felt like a high note to end on).
