His excuse was that the wii u wont be relevant because of the NX and we'll just be making the next metroid game on that "console" and making everyone that hoped for a new better metroid game to come out, spend HUNDREDS of dollars to get the NX just to play the game... you don't succeed in playing it safe, you succeed by taking a risk or two...
