Bolívar el Héroe is an "anime" fil that retells the life and times of Simón Bolívar. The film was so bad all existing copies of film and VHS were recalled and destroyed until a couple of months it reurfaced in YouTube. It's been the fuel of hundreds of YouTubePoop videos due its nature.
