I Did Not Have Sexual Relations With That Man, continued, I'm Just Kidding, I Did, is a viral quote from Twitch streamer Sketch humorously confessing to his Gay OnlyFans Leak in July 2024 by spoofing Former U.S. President Bill Clinton's infamous "I did not have sexual relations with that woman" statement from the Monica Lewinsky Scandal. The viral video and clip of Sketch became a meme on TikTok soon after as people lip dubbed the TikTok sound or repurposed the quote for different comedic settings and situations in which they admitted to other rumors.
Origin
On July 8th, 2024, Sketch responded to the news on a Twitch[1] stream, confirming the rumors about his past work as an OnlyFans model, receiving over 1.2 million views in four days (reupload shown below). At the stream's 3:46-minute mark, Sketch says, "I did not have sexual relations with that man. I'm just kidding. I did."

Spread
On July 8th, 2024, the clip of Sketch saying "I did not have sexual relations with that man" spread online. For instance, on July 8th, X[2] user @VLONEPREDATOR tweeted the clip, writing, "Sketch is too funny," receiving over 60,000 likes in four days (shown below).

The X[3] account of Barstool Sports reposted the abovementioned clip later on July 8th, writing, "Sketch is a legend," receiving over 59,000 likes in four days.
Also on July 8th, 2024, X[9] user @apt9charlie quoted a DramaAlert tweet with the clip, writing, "Doing the gay Bill Clinton 'I did not have sexual relations with that man!' and immediately following up with 'just kidding, I did' is probably the funniest way I’ve ever seen someone come out," amassing over 163,000 likes in four days (shown below).
On July 9th, TikToker[4] @sketchclipped posted the clip, receiving over 15.6 million plays and 1.8 million likes in three days. The video spawned a TikTok sound[5] that amassed viral usage heading into July 2024.
For instance, on July 9th, TikToker[6] @jaz.e.waz.e posted a video, writing, "I'm not making fun of sketch whatsoever but good god is this so funny," gaining over 3.2 million plays and 629,100 likes in three days (shown below).

TikTokers began using Sketch's soundbite to joke about other scenarios in which they were humorously admitting to rumors. For instance, on July 10th, 2024, TikToker[7] @mainntoni lip dubbed the sound with text reading, "I did not fw a bop," gaining over 1.7 million plays and 297,800 likes in two days (shown below, left).
Also on July 10th, TikToker[8] @idontwantyouleavemealone posted a similar video joking about kissing her friends, receiving roughly 1.1 million plays and 258,800 likes in two days (shown below, right).
