For some reason, this scene makes me laugh so much that I cry. I guess I have no humor. It's just the pause at 00:08 where Doofenschmirtz has to think about wether or not it is Perry that gets to me… A running gag on Phineas & Ferb is often that Doofenschmirtz does not recognize Perry without his hat.
