I should begin with saying I do not entirely agree with the man but i felt it prudent to produce this on the subject because so far I've seen a lot of reflective moralizing and not a lot of pragmatism.

The TL:DR is hard to do because Justicar is a meticulous man and the length of the video demonstrates that.
If i was forced to summarize it (poorly) he argued that from a military perspective, the integration hurt readiness, strained the budget more for no real benefit. He did touch on ceremonial Nato armies, like my own and addressed counter argument for the costs to what i believe to be satisfaction. And he addressed the fact that both contingent (vets and trans people) have a higher rate of suicide compared to the population and the collection of both (trans vets) likewise have an horrid rate of suicide, ethically there is some question about letting people at higher risk put themselves, their units and the readiness of the military at risk in highly stressed environments.
