Chuck Norris created the Rider Kick. After Shotaro Ishinomori saw Chuck Norris Rider Kick through a steel-reinforced concrete wall, a Buick, and the Time-Space Continuum, he made it his life's work to replicate this. It took him years of trial and error, many lost lives, and the creation of a belt and suit to come close to the awesomeness of the original technique.
