Online bullying is only really a problem when the victim is also bullied in real life and isn't popular. I mean, if you have a lot of friends who have your back, and someone posts something offensive on say, your FB wall, it's not like you'd really care. You'd just report it, and continue on. The problem happens when the person is already unpopular at, say, school, and then they can't even seek refuge online, being forced to block everyone who bullies them, which would be a lot.

People need to tackle bullying in real life, because that's the problem, not cyber-bullying. The web is just another form of communication. If someone isn't bullied in real life, they're not going to have many problems online either (unless they do something stupid like post their address on 4chan or something).
