This video was taken in the summer of 2013 by a vendor who is a member of the Street Vendor Project. Fearing retaliation from the NYPD once this video is made public, he wishes to remain anonymous. The vendor, who sells ice cream from a Mr. Softee truck, was vending at his usual legal vending location near Macy's on 34th Street in Manhattan.
