Google Glasses

Google is almost done making glasses with a heads-up display that can do a bunch of features like Google Maps in real time.

Apparently, they could go on sale by year's end. Despite being really neat and useful, how many people will purchase these and how much will it be of a success? I mean, for people who already wear glasses, they better start wearing contacts if they want to wear these.

April Fools was last week, guys.

It's not a April Fools joke (if that's what you're implying), actually. There was a article Mashable did months ago about this.

The most recent article:

There was also another article somewhere but I can't find it.

I was implying it, sort of, but it was a joke. I believe you.
This is a cool idea, but it seems incredibly impractical for how much it would cost to fund. I mean, who would buy this?

Uhhhh…..

Really creepy.

Of course, I imagine video games were like that for a lot of people, just like television and radio was at one point. But as it stands, I want technology that's this advanced to be away from my person. I don't want to get to a point where it's connected to me. I am a human that interacts with technology. I do not want technology to be a part of me if I can help it (sorry, Ric.)

I am secretly the CEO of Google, and secretly planning to turn all humans into the borg.
It's not.
I have cameras in all of your houses to monitor you activity so I can take out who speaks against my products.
