I've seen this type of comment often. It's a response when someone capitalizes every word in their sentence. Is there an entry for it yet?

Here's an example I found on a Youtube video:

I Don't Believe This Is Widespread Or Noteworthy Enough To Warrant It's Own Entry At This Point.

It may deserve a section under "Youtube Comments" if it doesn't exist already.
