This is more of an IRL meme, where the piece of graffiti 'Toy Story 2 was OK' is written in quite a few places.

I wasn't sure if I should create an entry due to it being more IRL than internet based.

There are youtube videos and plenty of picture documentations of this around. What do you guys think?
