Not sure if there's a meme entry yet, but I just learned that this somewhat popular line drawing reaction face is derived from this photo of Yao Ming.

Yeah, I've seen quite a bit of f7u12 comics with the Yao face. It's also been called, "Fuck that bitch," and used to that effect. But more recently, I've been seeing a lot of the "AWWWWW YEEEAAAAAA" guy.

Its been featured on memebase.com, but other than that, this is the first time I've seen it.

I have also seen it on meme generator and used as a reaction face on funny junk.
As far as I know it was called "dumb bitch".
