Is this a joke or a meme?

It's the same thing in every picture, just different styles of artwork. Not a meme.
no, don't think so
It's just an easter joke. I have seen it around for at least 10 years now. It may be even older than that.
No Meme here. Just a joke.
Happy Zombie Jesus day.

that describes plenty of memes.
yes this is a meme.
no it's not from 4chan.
Also, language and religion are memes.

The first time I think I saw it was on a greeting card
Cool. That doesn't mean it's not a meme. Obviously we have evidence that it's a contagious idea. It doesn't matter that it began as a joke on an Easter card.
The question "is it a joke or a meme" is like "is it a hat or is it wool?"
Jokes and memes are not two mutually exclusive concepts by a long shot.
Many hats are made of wool. Not all hats are made of wool. Not all wool becomes a hat.
Many memes are made of jokes. Not all memes are made of jokes. Not all jokes become memes.
Even if it is a meme it's still only seasonal and only with people who celebrate Easter.

Not only that, but also it only consists of rabbits. I haven't seen anything else showing derivatives. It would be difficult to do that with a joke like this to have different variations.
Nice job finding so many versions!
Any idea where this thing got started?
Here is a variation:
