Meme becoming memes to much?

Lately it has seem that a lot of memes are confirmed?
Every week six to ten memes are confirmed. Is it just me or more are being confirmed over time.

Well, over the past month or two, the staff has been focusing on getting more stuff confirmed. There were (and are) a lot of good entries that people had forgotten about or that just never were confirmed, despite the fact that they're legitimately memes.

Things get confirmed whenever they're ready to be confirmed, unless they're held off for a specific purpose like an anniversary or something.

A lot of stuff can get confirmed one week, not as much the next.

It really depends.
