Is it just me or has anybody else noticed that edits to articles are now being made known of publicly?

This honestly bothers me as I was fine with having the edits plainly listed down on the Global Article Edits page.

we're experimenting with this to allow users to see the edits of their peers. this is to help encourage and incentivize users to help contribute to entires, as well as hold them accountable knowing that attempts of false edits/vandalism/spam will be seen by others in their dashboards, their profile, and system activity page.

I guess this thread has no purpose anymore so self-locking it now.

I'm unlocking this thread because I've noticed a bug about this feature.

Every time somebody uploads an image to a specific entry, it will be mentioned on the Activities page that the last listed editor of that article has edited the entry even though he/she hasn't touched it at all.

Do you think this can be fixed? It's sorta spamming the Activities page.
