The "CUTE" face meme comes from the episode "Kittycide" of the MondoMedia show "Goodbye Kitty." The Meme was created by Todd Goldman and it is basically used for showing that the Character thinks something is cute. It can also be used with many other memes such as the "Okay Guy" meme showing that a person says something is ugly and then the other person uses the "CUTE" face and the other person then sadly says "Okay" with the "Okay Guy" face. It is not known that much, but it is counted as a Meme.
